Turning in Brass

Brass Turning involves precision CNC and lathe machining of brass components using bars up to Ø60 mm and lengths up to 200 mm. We achieve tight tolerances up to ±0.02 mm with surface finishes up to Ra 0.8 µm, as per customer specifications. Materials include CW614N, CW617N, free-cutting, high-tensile, and lead-free brass grades. Our capabilities cover drilling, boring, threading, knurling, and profiling for prototype to high-volume production across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, automotive, and industrial applications.

Milling in Brass

Brass Milling involves precision CNC machining to produce complex shapes, slots, and profiles in brass components. We achieve tight tolerances up to ±0.02 mm with surface finishes up to Ra 0.8 µm, as per customer specifications. Our milling capabilities include drilling, tapping, pocketing, contouring, and profiling for prototype to high-volume production across electrical, automotive, plumbing and industrial applications.

Forging in Brass

Brass Forging is a hot forging process used to produce strong, dense, and dimensionally accurate brass components. We forge parts in various shapes and sizes, ensuring excellent mechanical strength and material integrity. Materials include CW614N, CW617N, free-cutting, high-tensile, and lead-free brass grades. Our forged brass components are suitable for subsequent machining and are widely used in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and industrial applications.

Laser Cutting in Brass

We offer precision laser cutting for brass sheets and plates, delivering clean edges, fine detail, and minimal heat-affected zones. Our capabilities support accurate profiling, slotting, and complex geometries with consistent dimensional accuracy, making the process ideal for thin to 5mm thickness brass components used in electrical, decorative, and industrial applications.
